Hayley Gemma Wright featuring on Angry Britain

I was recently asked to do some consultancy work for a TV company named Mentorn Media who contacted me after finding my blog. They came to the college that I currently work for and filmed me teaching the students in the mock cabin, they then interviewed me about working as cabin crew and dealing with ‘angry passengers'. They also showed me a youtube clip of some angry passengers onboard a flight and asked me to comment on it, analysing the passengers behaviour and the responses of the crew onboard.

Despite hours of work with the film crew my feature is actually very short and unfortunately they did not include any of the clips with the students, but I guess that's the way it goes in the world of TV!
