After finding out that I could buy 14 bottles of lush French red wine for under £20, I couldn’t help but fall in love with the country that little bit more… I do love a bargain… And I good like a good vino…win win!!
When you don’t speak the language that the menu is written in it’s nothing unusual to just point at a random dish and hope for the best. Lesson learnt, I now know that I am not a fan of raw minced beef, known locally as tartare de boeuf…. Better luck next time!
